To ensure I can accommodate all clients efficiently, please review my cancellation policy below: Cancellation Notice: A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. This allows me to adjust my schedule and offer the time to other clients who may be waiting for availability. Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur a fee of 50% of the service cost. No-shows will also be charged 50% of the scheduled service. Late Arrivals: A 10-minute grace period is provided; if you have not arrived within 10 minutes of your scheduled start time, your appointment will be considered a no-show and the 50% fee will be applied. Emergencies & Exceptions: Life happens, and I understand that! If you need to cancel or reschedule due to an emergency or unforeseen circumstances, please contact me as soon as possible.
